Our Maestro Masters program is our way to continue connecting people and organizations that have adopted the Maestro software. We believe that there’s no better way to connect with new communities than through people who are already using Maestro. This program is a way for us to engage with other communities, get exclusive access to events and trainings, and be the first to know what’s coming with Maestro. So if you’re interested in helping spread the word about your favorite downtown software, you’re in the right place.
Maestro users will become eligible to be a Maestro Master three months after your subscription begins. This gives you time to not only setup your Maestro, but to fully adopt it throughout your organization. After a quick quarter you’ll be ready to dive into our Masters program and get even more out of your Maestro investment.
Special Trainings
Throughout the year we will offer opportunities to get together with other Maestro Masters and do more in-depth training for Maestro. We are also looking at creating some additional downtown topic related trainings that our Maestro Masters will have the first opportunity to sign up for.
Special Events
As soon as we can all gather again, we will be holding some specific Maestro Masters events. Notably, at the National Main Street Conference (NOW Conference) we will hold a Masters only reception. You’ll also have the opportunity to host boot camps and more.
Early Access
In addition to getting notifications, any time we need to beta test new features for the software (such as the Maestro app), Masters will have the opportunity to put these new tools through their paces before they are released. Along with the early access, our Masters will be invited to participate in brainstorming and planning sessions for future features.
Recognition
As a Maestro Master, you’ll be listed on our website. We will also be starting to feature Maestro Communities on our website and our social media; and of course our Masters will be the first communities featured. Additionally, our Masters will receive digital badges that can be displayed on your website, in your email signature, etc.
Provide a Testimonial
It’s true, we love testimonials. It’s always special when a community takes the time to tell you how they are using the software and what you love about it. Providing a testimonial (video or write – but we love video) lets us show that we have real communities that are getting real value from the software.
Serve as a brand ambassador
Yes, we definitely want you to tell your friends and colleagues about us, but that’s not all. Often we are asked by prospective customers if there are people in their area that are using the software. We ask that as a Maestro Master you allow us to use you as a reference should someone in your area have questions.
